The equipment we bring this time is a full-automatic film applicator mainly for high-end HDI boards, which is mainly for some thin plates. Today's electronic products mainly tend to be light, thin and miniaturized. Our full-automatic film pasting machine for HDI board is born from the application. This machine can be used to paste extremely thin PCB boards. The thinnest PCB boards can be 0.04mm, or even 0.036mm flexible boards. It should be said that it is the world's first equipment specially customized for HDI or ultra-thin boards.

In addition to the thin plate, another particularly important technical index is that the production speed is very fast. Its standard production speed can reach 3.5m/s, which can be said that only we can do in the industry. In terms of intellectual property rights of this machine, we have 14 patents, including one for invention and 13 for new technology.

Since 2012, we have been working in foreign markets. We now have about six sets of equipment in Silicon Valley in the United States. We have our agents in North America, Russia, Britain and Europe. In the United States, in addition to PCB, we also export semiconductors and solar energy.

I think every manufacturing process in our PCB industry is still relatively single. Manufacturers provide each single equipment or single product. Manufacturers are not connected in series. We hope to integrate the manufacturing process with the manufacturing process through the software developed by our company. For example, our current machine can have three functions, and these three functions are all together without any connection problem, There is no problem of interface with other signals; Another aspect is that there is a data exchange between our current equipment and our upstream and downstream equipment, including our equipment exported to the United States. We will also add some special modules in the equipment to connect the machines of other manufacturers with our machines. Generally speaking, it is a relatively open design.
